7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Products purchased from Smart Talk may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be unused and free from physical damage.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been physically damaged, water damaged, modified, mishandled, or misused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product develops a manufacturing fault within the 7-day return period.

All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Smart Talk.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards and prepaid products.
  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Return the product for inspection if requested.
  4. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
